About the Role
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will support Elevata’s sales team by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through targeted outreach campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building and enriching contact lists, managing CRM data, and executing outbound activities to generate pipeline opportunities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone early in their tech sales career who wants to grow in the cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Execute demand generation campaigns based on prioritized target lists and AWS-aligned messaging.
Identify and engage with prospective customers across multiple segments and industries.
Enrich, classify, and maintain target account data to support campaign accuracy and effectiveness.
Manage CRM records, ensuring data is clean, up to date, and aligned with campaign performance tracking.
Collaborate with Elevata’s sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Develop outbound sequences and support multi-touch engagement strategies using email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Track and report on key campaign metrics, such as open rates, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
Meet monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
Job requirements
Basic Qualifications
Experience in IT sales, ideally within a cloud consulting or technology environment.
Experience identifying and engaging decision-makers in prospective accounts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales or related AWS certifications.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Lusha.
*Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary plus variable commission of up to 20% based on performance against defined demand generation targets
