Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure seamless cloud integration, deployment, and maintenance.
Act as the go-to problem solver for complex cloud issues, finding fast, effective solutions in challenging situations.
Multi-Cloud Strategy & Migration:
Lead cloud migration efforts from on-premise or other cloud platforms to AWS, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
Develop and implement a multi-cloud strategy, optimizing workloads across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms based on performance, cost, and security requirements.
Lead cloud architecture assessments and advise on best practices for cloud migration, integration, and hybrid setups.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure cloud architecture adheres to the highest security and compliance standards, implementing best practices for encryption, IAM policies, and secure network configurations.
Implement and maintain governance models for multi-cloud environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business standards.
Monitor and set up automated security alerts, audits, and proactive measures to identify and mitigate risks.
Performance Optimization and Support:
Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure performance and implement optimizations to improve system speed, scalability, and reliability.
Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems, leveraging AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, or other cloud-native monitoring tools.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for complex, multi-cloud environments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, security, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of cloud projects.
Lead cloud workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical design discussions to promote best practices and technical excellence across teams.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
