AI/ML Engineer - AWS & Data Bricks

We are hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to enhance our Data Analytics and AI Practice. This
role demands 7+ years of experience in building and deploying end-to-end data and
generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the AWS Data & AI ecosystem (e.g.,
SageMaker, Bedrock, Step Functions), and hands-on experience with Retrieval-
Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain or
DSPy.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and data pipeline development

• Deep knowledge of AWS AI/ML services:

• SageMaker (training, hosting, pipelines)

• Bedrock & Agents for Bedrock (LLM orchestration, RAG, API workflows)

• Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, S3, EventBridge

• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)

• Familiarity with LangChain, DSPy, or similar orchestration frameworks

• Solid foundation in MLOps and DevOps: CI/CD, containerization, monitoring

• Strong Python and SQL skills

• Databricks: Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or DBT

• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and security
